Freezing Test, Heating Test and Water Submersion Test.
We froze the DISC Extreme with the Full Plastic Jacket Water Proof Muzzleloader 209 Primer Ignition System and left its #209 primer inserted on the nipple at –40°F For 4 Hours. We then dropped the rifle on the butt end from four feet on a concrete floor three times. When the trigger was pulled, it sent an immediate firestorm in the in-line breech. The #209 primer fired flawlessly!

We slow roasted the Full Plastic Jacket Water Proof Muzzleloader 209 Primer Ignition System in an oven for 4 hours at 140°F . Then, we dropped the rifle on the butt end from four feet on a concrete floor three times. When the trigger was pulled, it sent an immediate firestorm in the in-line breech. The #209 primer fired flawlessly!
