Methods of Payment

Knight Rifles accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover as methods of payment.

Pricing

Prices and availability of products such as muzzleloaders are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Knight Rifles reserves the right to correct any errors (pricing or otherwise), inaccuracies or omissions at any time, including after orders have been shipped.

Shipping

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges including all shipping for warranty claims. Knight Rifles uses multiple shipping methods from FedEx. Upon placing an order, your card will be charged. Our processing time does not include delays due to holidays. Knight is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipper. Knight Terms and Conditions

Return Policy Procedures

All sales are final. Products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

RIFLE RETURN POLICY

All sales are final on rifle purchases. No refunds or returns on these products. We will handle warranty issues if they arise.

ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY

Accessories purchased directly through Knight Rifles can be returned for refund or exchange for 30 days from the date received. Refunds are only given if the item returned is unopened and undamaged. On ALL accessory returns, there will be a 25% restocking fee taken out of the refunded amount. The customer is responsible for shipping charges.

REPAIR WORK AND SHOP TIME

Aside from warranty repairs, all work and repairs will be charged a shop time of $70 an hour with a minimum time of 1 hour. All partial hours will round up to the hour. Customer is also responsible for any parts or materials used for the repair, and all shipping charges associated with the repair.

PREORDERS

Unless specified otherwise on a preorder product like a muzzleloader or any other Knight product, it’s preorder fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable under all circumstances, including product and/or order cancellation. Unless specified otherwise, a product preorder fee goes toward the total product price, or taxed total product price for taxable customers, and the remaining total product price, or remaining taxed total product price for taxable customers, will be charged upon the preordered product’s shipment to the customer. By submitting an order containing any number of preordered products, the customer agrees to pay the preorder fee for each preordered product, forfeiting any negotiations over and any requests for refund on the product’s preorder fee, and agrees to have his or her credit card charged the remaining total product price, or remaining taxed total product price if the customer resides in a taxable state, for each preordered product upon its shipment to the customer.
